“I jumped onto FS8 personally because at its core, it’s disrupting a growing Pilates market while addressing the common issue clients have of needing to get multiple gym memberships to get their fix of Pilates with tone and weights. So far we’ve had a great experience with it! The studio designs from the HQ team look the best in the market that I am aware of, the workouts are a great mix of modalities (and deceptively harder than people think), and we’ve had a tonne of interest in the local market despite very little prior market awareness with it being so new. It’s early days for us, but we’re on a very strong trajectory and we are ahead of where we were in terms of memberships at the equivalent stage when I launched my first F45. I can see this being a game-changer in the industry.”

“Such a beautiful space and I felt so welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked in! The staff were amazing from the minute I arrived and so great throughout the session, they assisted me all the way through and were very knowledgeable. I also loved the workout having the combination of pilates reformer, mat Pilates and those deep yoga poses- there is nothing else like it! I think this would be suitable for all fitness levels and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants that deep burn or tone and stretch with low impact.”
